Three axial fans push air through the heatsink. At idle they switch off entirely for silence.
Cooling
Dual-fan · copper base · 5 heat pipes
- Zero-RPM mode below roughly 55 °C
- Fan blades shaped to cut turbulence noise
- Dual ball bearings for a long service life
A vapor chamber sits on the GPU die and spreads heat to a dense aluminium fin stack through copper heat pipes.
Heatsink
Vapor chamber · nickel-plated copper heat pipes
- Vapor chamber contacts GPU and memory
- Heat pipes carry heat to the full length of the fin stack
- Thermal pads cool the power stage as well
The graphics processor does the heavy lifting: shading, ray tracing and AI upscaling.
Boost clock
2.51 GHz
- Thousands of shader cores run in parallel
- Dedicated ray-tracing and AI hardware
- Mounted with liquid-metal-grade thermal compound
Eight memory packages surround the GPU die and hold the textures and frame buffers.
Memory
12 GB GDDR7 · 192-bit
- Wide bus keeps the shader cores fed
- More VRAM means room for 4K textures
- Cooled by the same heatsink as the GPU
A multi-layer PCB carries the power stage that converts 12 V into the low voltages the GPU needs.
Power
1 × 16-pin · 650 W PSU recommended
- Multi-phase power stage with premium chokes
- Dual-BIOS switch for quiet or performance mode
- Single 16-pin connector delivers up to 600 W
A metal backplate stiffens the card, prevents sag and passively cools the back of the board.
Backplate
Machined aluminium
- Prevents PCB flex under a heavy cooler
- Thermal pads touch the memory modules
- Cut-out lets airflow pass straight through
The I/O bracket holds the display outputs and secures the card to the case.
Outputs
3 × DisplayPort 2.1 · 1 × HDMI 2.1
- DisplayPort 2.1 drives 4K at very high refresh rates
- HDMI 2.1 connects to TVs with VRR support
- Reinforced bracket takes cable strain
